don't give up.

Words that keep replaying in my head.

Don't. Give. Up.

Yesterday, I began a 21-Day-Detox suggested by my doctor.

This is something I've chosen to do in order to get my body working properly again.

I have IBS. It's no fun; but, with discipline and permanent changes, it can be fixed.

So, a detox is the next step in getting this body feeling 24 years young for the first time.

I'm expecting to want to quit at some point, which is why I'm sharing with you.

Accountability and God's grace will get me through.

  1. Thanks for your support. Following your lovely blog now. And it's true - don't give up! When detoxes are done properly, they can eliminate toxins, give you energy, and help you get on the right track diet-wise. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, so that's the amount of time you need to start new (good) diet-related habits. Stay focused on eating "clean", healthy foods. And they can always be dolled up with spices and herbs for extra flavor. Best of luck!
