The moment I felt like I was getting a migraine, I quickly grabbed my peppermint and massaged it on my temples. Not only did it help me relax, it also allowed me to get on with my day once the headache subsided. Usually my migraines linger for the rest of the day, but not this time!
I also like to diffuse lavender during my headache and apply Pan Away to release those tight muscles.
